Southwestern Birmingham, Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Bessemer, Homewood, Fairfield, Midfield, Brighton, Lipscomb, Splash Adventure, Patton Creek, Hoover Metropolitan Stadium, Ross Bridge, Bluff Park, McCalla, Shannon, and Lake Cyrus. This includes the following highways... Interstate 65 between mile markers 252 and 256. Interstate 459 between mile markers 5 and 13. Interstate 59 between mile markers 107 and 114.
